Data store and transfer to third parties
The domain broadband.ge and its associated web page, (hereafter referred to as the portal) are owned by N(N)LE OPEN NET.
The entity authorized to store and process the data submitted on the domain by the user is N(N)LE Open Net (ID: 404497790. Tbilisi, N.kipshidze St. N 7b, Email: office@opennet.ge)
The personal data is processed with the consent of the data subject in compliance with Sub-Clause "A" of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Protection.
N(N)LE Open Net processes and protects personal data in accordance with the requirements of Georgian legislation on personal data protection and international data protection standards.
This application may process user identification and authorization data, including but not limited to: name, surname, ID number, address, telephone number/contact number, email address, age and sex.
On the broadband.ge portal, consensually user-entered data processing is permitted solely for the purpose of transferring them to authorized individuals (hereinafter referred to as the third party) if a third-party addresses N(N)LE Open Net in a predetermined manner for the purpose of enabling the third party to fulfill or reject service requests made by the user (data subject) on broadband.ge.
In the case outlined in paragraph 6, once Open Net transfers data to a third party, the personal data of the user (data subject) stored on the portal broadband.ge will be promptly deleted. Subsequently, the third party receiving the data will act with the responsibilities and rights associated with the role of the data processor.
The website securely retains user-entered data on the portal for a duration of 6 months. After the expiration of this period, the data will be deleted from the portal automatically.
The transfer or utilization of data provided on the portal to third parties is permissible only under the condition that these third parties use the data exclusively for the purpose of delivering the requested service to the individual who filled out the service request. (Provision of relevant services).
The rights of the data subject are safeguarded and ensured by Chapter 3 of the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection," which imposes a legally binding obligation to uphold and protect the rights of the individuals responsible for data processing, including third parties.
